Regular Appointments at the Registry Office

We can only confirm regular appointments with the registry office after the marriage approval has been issued. Once we have obtained the approval for you, we will send you a form to choose your preferred wedding date. At the same time, we will inform you from which date regular appointments are available at the respective registry office.

 

Special Wedding Appointments


Some couples need to get married within a specific time frame — for example due to visas, residence permits, pregnancy, travel plans, or personal circumstances. At the same time, regular appointments at the registry office are often fully booked or not available in time.

For such cases, in addition to regular appointments, we also organize special appointments and work with certain registry offices on individual solutions.

How Special Appointments Are Organized

Special appointments often take place outside the registry office.

For requested dates, we search for suitable locations and coordinate each individual appointment directly with the registry office. The registry office decides whether the ceremony is possible, which rules apply, and assigns an official to conduct the ceremony.

 

Additional Effort and Resulting Costs

Special appointments require significantly more organization than regular appointments.

In many cases, the registry office requires our agency to organize the ceremony preparation and to be personally present on site. As a result, additional organizational costs arise, which are borne by the customer.
